Tips for buying and storing

S

o often – so easy!

You no longer need to clean graters or food processors, and the product is easy to measure. Grated cheese is perfectly suited for use by modern consumers and the professional market. Every type of cheese is available in grated form – which, incidentally, can also be mixed into delicious blends!

Grated cheese gives a finishing touch to lunch or dinner, and can be combined with virtually anything – cheese and soup, cheese and meat, cheese and eggs, cheese and vegetables, cheese and wraps. Even a simple oven baked croissant sprinkled with a little grated cheese becomes a delicacy!

  • Once the packaging has been opened, the grated cheese has a maximum shelf life of 3 days.
  • Depending on the type of cheese, the addition of a little starch is required to prevent the product from clotting.
